Questions
Does Inmonota record my clients?
No. You dictate your own notes when the viewing is over.
Which languages does it write follow-ups in?
In your buyer’s language: English, German, French, Dutch and other common languages.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It is a web app you use from your phone’s browser. If you like, you can add it to your home screen.
Does it work with my CRM?
Not yet. Integration with real estate CRMs is on the roadmap. For now you can copy the profile.
When will it be available?
We are building the product. Join the early access list and we’ll let you know.
How much will it cost?
The planned price is €24 per agent per month + VAT. We’ll confirm the terms before launch.
Which AI does it use?
Claude models, by Anthropic.
Does Inmonota send messages for me?
No. Inmonota drafts the follow-up message and you review it, change it if you want and send it from your own WhatsApp, email or any other channel.
Can it make things up in the message?
The message only uses what is in the note you dictated. If you didn’t say it, it doesn’t add it.
What if I see the same buyer several times?
Inmonota merges the profiles from their viewings into a single one that fills in visit by visit.
Can I delete a profile?
Yes. You can edit or delete any profile.
Does it work for an agency with several agents?
Yes. It is designed for independent agents and small agencies of 1 to 10 agents, at the same price per agent. Large companies get separate plans: write to us.
