What data we process

The details you give us in the early access form: name, email, number of agents and, if you fill them in, your agency’s name and the languages your buyers speak.

What we use it for

To manage the early access list and contact you about Inmonota: to let you know when access opens and to confirm the price and terms before launch.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hola@inmonota.com, without affecting anything done before.

How long we keep it

For as long as the early access list exists or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Who else processes it

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website we use providers who process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting, protecting the form against bots and storing the requests) and Resend (sending the internal email notice when a request arrives). Both are US companies, so your data may be processed outside the European Union, always with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability. Write to us at hola@inmonota.com saying which right you want to exercise.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

Visit statistics

We count visits anonymously: which page is viewed, which website the visit comes from (domain only) and whether it is a phone or a computer. We do not use cookies, we do not store your IP address and we do not create any identifier to recognise you.
